Become An Eagle Scout

Eagle Scout is the highest rank you can achieve in Boy Scouting of America.  If you want to find out how to become an Eagle Scout, read on.

First, you need to join a troop in your area and get a scout handbook.  You will begin by earning the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class.  You will then need to earn the merit badges required to move up to the Star and Life ranks.  Be sure to keep the blue cards you receive when you complete each badge.  You will need to complete approximately 100 hours of service before you finally become and Eagle Scout.
